This post is for any readers who are not buried under ten feet of snow and went to work today. It is also for readers who are stuck at home, thanking their lucky stars that their internet hasn’t gone out yet because the chance of their being able to leave the house is slim to none.
One of the few drawbacks of working at home (other than diminished hygiene and loneliness) is that you have to work when it snows. But I did get a great line today out of a recent cookbook project.
“The goal is twofold. First, to help you select a combination of dishes that is exactly what you taste like.”
That was almost worth getting up this morning.
