Where the fuck is my Internet?

Many sites (including Wikipedia) are going dark for 12 hours today to protest a bill that is targeted to fight against online piracy but will seriously compromise the free flow of information that is the interwebs we know and love.

For a quick summary of the issues, here is George Takei.

For a much more comprehensive collection of links including a link to the bill itself, go here.

If you want to holler and make noise about it, get in touch with your representative and remind yourself that this is a goddamn democracy.

If you are one of my lovely Commonwealth-country readers, and were so inclined, you can add your name to a petition.

And tomorrow I’ll be back to my regularly scheduled editorial ire.

love,

Indy Clause
