Out and About

Sometimes I appear where you least expect me, such as in your head when you decide whether or not to write an apostrophe “s” at the end of a word, in comments on your favorite blogs, or as a guest poster on the ever-entertaining-and-informative blog, an Earful of Cider. Subject of the post is how to write a fabulously bad poem, subtitle: when good poets go terribly wrong.

I double-dog doggerel dare you to comment in the form of a poem. And if I didn’t catch all my typos, I don’t want to hear about it.

  1. Whether wrestling with punctuation
    Or adding punch and sass,
    When commas are in fluctuation
And you need a touch of class,
When you desp’rately need a guest post
‘Cause your workload gives you pause,
It’s thrilling to be able to boast
Of a visit from Indy Clause!

    Thanks again!
